UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail and DPD as our main courier operators to send our parcels within the UK. 

You can chose among the following:

UK 2nd Class Royal Mail: A FREE standard Delivery aiming 3 to 5 working days* at no cost for you.

UK Tracked 48H Service: Peace of mind with a tracked and fast delivery aiming 2 to 3 working days* at the rate of £2.95 only.

UK Tracked 24H Express Delivery Service: In a hurry to get your order delivered ASAP? Choose this service at checkout for a Tracked 24h postage and a delivery aiming 1 to 2 working days* at the rate of £5.95 only.

Dispatch of your order usually takes place within 24h after this latter is placed (excluding week-ends and bank holidays). You will be notified of dispatch of your order by email.

Europe Delivery (Excluding UK)

The standard charge for European delivery is £15 (no minimum purchase required).

All orders will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days and you will be notified of dispatch by email. 

Delivery to Australia, Canada & USA

The standard charge for delivery to Australia, Canada & USA is £25 (no minimum purchase required).

All orders will be delivered to you within 6+ working days and you will be notified of dispatch by email. 

* Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Please note:

✓ **The above stated delivery times are not guaranteed by the courier services such as Royal Mail or DPD. They correspond to the average delivery times over a year for the various services aforementioned. 

✓ Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay that we are made aware of.

✓ If your parcel is returned to us by the courier company due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by yourself when placing your order, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs that will incur to ship the parcel back to you again.

✓ Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties (concerns international shipments).

✓ Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO or P.O. Box addresses.

PLASTIC FREE SHIPPING ​

We package all our products with recyclable, biodegradable, plastic free materials and use recycled cardboard boxes. We seal our boxes with biodegradable paper tape and biodegradable wool wood or loose fill plant-based chips.
